In 2019 our company began in-house production of hydraulic manifolds for power units. The main purpose of introducing this component is to reduce the risk of failure of connectors, high-pressure hoses or precision tubes carrying the flow of hydraulic oil. The hydraulic manifold is machined from a solid stainless steel billet.<\/p>\n

In this project the hydraulic manifold was used for a marine-grade hydraulic system.<\/p>\n

The entire system has been inspected and certified by the Shipping Register of Ukraine<\/p>\n

Technical specifications of the NPU11.0\/350\/14-1457 power unit<\/strong><\/h2>\n

2) Electric motor power – 2\u00d711.0 kW, 1450 rpm, 380 V.<\/p>\n

3) Maximum working pressure – 130 bar;<\/p>\n

4) Tank – 400 l;<\/p>\n

5) Working fluid – mineral oil VG32;<\/p>\n

6) Filtration rating – 10 \u00b5m.<\/p>\n
