Extrusion-resistant nitrile sealing rings meet the requirements for high-pressure fittings

NM507 meets the complex AMS-P-5510 SAE specification, which requires a strict balance of low-temperature flexibility with compatibility with Mil-PRF-5606 hydraulic oil. Low-temperature flexibility can be measured using temperature retraction. NM507 has a TR-10 value of -46° in its original state. After a week of immersion in oil at 158°F, the measured TR-10 is -43°F.

Product advantages for aerospace applications:

• Sealing rings on straight thread and flared tube connectors assembled in AS4395 and AS5202 fittings in accordance with MS21344

• Systems containing air or hydraulic fluid in accordance with MILPRF-5606

• Operating temperature range from -65° to 160°F (-54° to 71°C)
