DFplus Generation IV з IO-Link Class B: a new level of performance and simplicity in hydraulics

The Hydraulic Valve System Division Europe (HVSE) has introduced the new DFplus Generation IV valve series with a Class B IO-Link interface, thereby expanding its existing range of solutions that support Class A IO-Link.

The valves are equipped with a single M12 connector through which power, control signals, feedback, and data are transmitted simultaneously. This significantly simplifies installation, reduces the amount of wiring, and increases system reliability. The use of pre-assembled M12 cables eliminates the need for complex 6+PE or 11+PE connections and reduces the risk of errors during installation.

The Class B IO-Link interface additionally provides galvanically isolated power for the actuator, which positively impacts the stability and performance of the equipment even under challenging conditions.

In addition, the new valves offer advanced diagnostic capabilities: users can monitor temperature, cycle counts, and error statuses, as well as perform configuration directly via a PLC or dedicated service tools.
