Hydraulic piping installation
We design and install hydraulic pipe runs - from setting out on site to pressure testing and handover of the system under pressure.
A pipe run is not simply a link between two points: a badly routed line brings vibration, higher resistance and spots where a leak will sooner or later appear. We size the cross-sections for the flow rate, select the fittings and clamps, and route the line so that it can be serviced.
We install piping on new equipment and re-route existing systems – removing the old lines and flushing the circuit before start-up.
What the service includes
- Site survey and cross-section calculation for the working flow rate
- Manufacture of pipe assemblies: cutting, bending, chamfering, welding
- Installation of pipes, hoses, fittings and clamps to the drawing
- Flushing the circuit before system start-up
- Pressure testing and inspection of the joints under working pressure
- System handover with a test report and an as-built drawing
