Manufacture of high and low pressure hose assemblies to the customer dimensions - with crimped fittings and rig testing.
About this line
We have our own hose assembly shop: cutting, skiving, crimping and marking on Uniflex equipment. The finished assembly is ready the same day you contact us – from a sample or from dimensions.
Technical capabilities: working pressure – up to 500 bar (up to 4 spirals), inner diameter – from 6 to 51 mm, medium temperature – from -40 to +100 °C. Standards EN 853, EN 856, EN 857.
For every assembly we select the fittings by connection type (BSP, JIC, METRIC, ORFS, NPT, flanged) and, where needed, add a protective spiral or an anti-abrasion sleeve.
We also work with mining and fire-resistant hoses (MSHA), as well as concrete-delivery and peristaltic hoses.

How a hose assembly is made
You bring the old hose or send us the pressure, diameter, length and connection type.
We select the hose class for the pressure and medium, and the matching fittings.
We cut, skive and crimp on Uniflex equipment.
We test the assembly on the rig and mark it for future reference.
Collection or shipping by carrier - usually the same day you contact us.
