About this line
NAK runs the full hydraulic cylinder production cycle: from calculation and drawing to assembly and testing on our own rig. The production base in Lviv handles both one-off orders and series.
Production capabilities: working pressure – up to 700 bar, rod diameter – 6-500 mm, piston diameter – 20-800 mm, stroke – up to 8,000 mm. Lead time – from 10 working days depending on complexity.
In production we use European blanks – tubes and rods – as well as our own turned seals, which shortens the lead time considerably.
Together with our foreign partners we manufacture items with a stroke of up to 22,000 mm and a diameter of up to 500 mm.

Production stages
We receive the specification or a completed form. We clarify the loads, operating conditions and connections.
We prepare the drawing of the item and the price. Every technical detail is agreed - down to the coating colour.
Machining, assembly and painting at our own facility.
We test on the rig to the specified pressure and tightness parameters.
We pack and ship with the carrier of your choice anywhere in Ukraine.
