Pump-motor groups

Specification and assembly of pump-motor groups with the pump, motor and coupling matched to each other.

About this line

A pump-motor group is a ready assembly of an electric motor, a hydraulic pump, a coupling and a bell housing. We specify the set so that the power and speed match the working pressure and flow rate of your system.

Parameters: motor power – from 0.55 to 200 kW, working pressure – up to 420 bar. Pump types: gear, vane, axial piston, screw.

The set can be vertical (tank-mounted) or horizontal – on a frame with vibration mounts. On request we find a replacement for a discontinued assembly.

What the group includes

  • Hydraulic pump (gear, vane, axial piston)
  • Electric motor in the required configuration
  • Coupling and bell housing
  • Vibration-damping frame or tank-top plate
  • Set of seals and mountings
  • Equivalent for a discontinued assembly

    How we specify a group

    Input data

Pressure, flow rate, fluid type, duty cycle and installation position.

    Calculation and selection

We select the pump, motor, coupling and bell housing.

    Assembly

We align the shafts and assemble the unit at our own facility.

    Running-in

We check it on the rig: pressure, flow, noise, heating, vibration.

    Dispatch

We pack and ship with the carrier of your choice.
