About this line
Up to 80% of hydraulic failures are caused by contamination of the working fluid. We select the filtration system to match the schematic and the operating modes of the equipment: cleanliness class to ISO 4406, filtration rating, element service life and installation points.
Filtration rating – from 3 to 100 microns, working pressure – up to 420 bar. We supply original filter elements and also find equivalents by catalogue number or sample.
We additionally run oil cleanliness analysis and select instruments for continuous monitoring of the fluid condition.

How we select a system
We analyse the schematic, the operating modes and the cleanliness class required.
Where needed we take a sample and determine the contamination class to ISO 4406.
We propose the filtration rating, sizes and installation points.
We assemble the unit and, if required, install it on site.
We supply replacement elements and a schedule for changing them.
