Precision pipe bending

We bend precision pipes on a mandrel bender - no ovalization, kinks or wall thinning in the bend zone.

In hydraulics the bend often matters more than the joint: every extra fitting is a potential leak and a local pressure drop. Mandrel bending lets you replace several joints with a single bend while keeping the pipe’s full bore.

We produce both one-off assemblies from a sample and series batches to a drawing – with radius and angle control.

What the service includes

  • Mandrel bending of precision pipes up to 42 mm in diameter
  • Bore retained: no ovalization or wall thinning
  • Bending to the customer’s drawing, sketch or sample
  • Several bends on one blank with the geometry preserved
  • End preparation for fittings: cutting, chamfering, flaring
  • One-off assemblies and series batches using tooling

FAQ

What is the maximum pipe diameter?

We bend pipes up to 42 mm in diameter; for larger diameters we offer fabricated solutions.

Do you need a drawing?

Preferable, but a sketch or a sample of the old pipe is enough - we take the geometry ourselves.

Is the bore preserved in the bend zone?

Yes, the mandrel tooling supports the wall from inside - ovalization stays within tolerance.

Can several bends be made on one pipe?

Yes, the only limit is the length of the straight sections between bends.

Do you prepare the ends for fittings?

Yes: cutting to size, chamfering and flaring for the specific connection.

Do you take on series work?

Yes, series batches are made using tooling with first-article inspection.
