Hydraulic system diagnostics

We identify the cause of pressure loss, overheating and unstable hydraulics using instrument measurements in the circuit - not by swapping parts and hoping.

Hydraulics rarely fail without warning: almost always there are symptoms visible on the gauges long before the machine stops. We work from the hydraulic schematic – measuring pressure, flow and temperature at key points under real load and comparing them with the rated values.

This costs less than replacing the pump, the valve block and the cylinders one by one in the hope of guessing the cause.

What the service includes

  • System review against the hydraulic schematic and a symptom interview
  • Pressure, flow and temperature measurements at key circuit points
  • Filtration condition check and an oil sample
  • Bench testing of pumps, hydraulic motors and valves
  • A technical report listing every fault found
  • A quote for repair or component replacement

FAQ

How long does the work take?

Typically one working day on site. Complex systems with several circuits - up to three days including laboratory oil analysis.

Do you travel outside Lviv and Dnipro?

Yes, we work throughout Ukraine. Logistics and the visit date are agreed after you describe the equipment.

Can I bring the unit to you?

Yes. We accept pumps, hydraulic motors and valves at our own workshop.

What if someone else serviced the equipment?

Not a problem - we work with the system regardless of who repaired it before.

How much does the service cost?

The price depends on the system type, scope of work and location. We give an estimate once you describe the task, and the exact figure after inspection.

Can you carry out the repair after diagnostics?

Yes. We have our own workshop, a component stock and mobile teams - the repair follows the same report, with no repeat measurements.
