Hydraulic power units
Design and manufacture of hydraulic power units, pump units and hydraulic systems to an individual specification - from the quotation to commissioning.
About this line
A hydraulic power unit (hydraulic pump station) is a system that converts electrical energy into the mechanical energy of a fluid and controls the flow. We cover the full scope of work, from design to manufacture of power units for a range of industries.
Manufacturing follows an individual specification: from a technical and commercial proposal to commissioning and rig testing.
Technical capabilities: working pressure – up to 420 bar, flow rate – up to 1200 l/min. Basic configuration: tank, electric motor, pump, filters, valve block, piping and instrumentation.
More than 20 years of experience and work only with vetted component manufacturers give consistent quality. Warranty – 12 months from the date of commissioning (up to 2000 hours of system operation); post-warranty repair is available too.
Main components and configurations
- Tank with level and temperature monitoring
- Electric motor and pump-motor group
- Hydraulic pump (gear, axial piston, vane)
- Valve and directional valve block
- Filtration and cooling system
- Piping and instrumentation
- Accumulator units and units with variable-frequency control

For hydraulic power units we use components from leading manufacturers.

How an order works
Start with a callОпишіть задачу - інженер уточнить умови роботи вузла.
We check the feasibility of manufacturing and the lead time.
Надсилаєте креслення - отримуєте ціну й специфікацію.
We agree the documentation and the final specification.
Once confirmed, the project moves to the shop floor.
Rig testing, packing and shipping with your carrier.

Stages of building a power unit
We discuss what the unit has to do and record the requirements for the assembly.
We develop the specification, the hydraulic schematic and the bill of materials.
We make the tank, assemble the unit and install the piping and the electrics.
We run the unit on the rig in its operating modes and set the parameters.
We ship the unit and, if required, carry out commissioning at your site.
