Improved fluid monitoring with the new Parker Push-Lok 830 self-crimping hoses
To keep hydraulic unit components performing and serviceable, it is important to detect signs of wear as soon as they appear. Wear can lead to serious consequences, so we recommend inspecting the hydraulic unit regularly for signs of possible defects. This makes it possible to plan the replacement of worn components.
The transparent design of the new Parker Push-Lok 830M self-crimping hoses makes inspections easier. With regular monitoring, this helps prevent failures and therefore reduces downtime.

The new transparent Push-Lok 830M hoses meet the same technical requirements as the well-known standard Push-Lok 830M models, and Push-Lok series 82 fittings can be used to assemble them.
They are designed for various areas of robotics, including the automotive industry, as well as for use in hose assemblies.
At present the two most common sizes, -6 and -8, are available under the following part numbers:
