A hydraulic seal is a critical design element responsible for maintaining pressure in a hydraulic system.
For more than 5 years our company has been manufacturing hydraulic seals by turning on modern Austrian equipment.
We manufacture hydraulic seals from the following materials:
- nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR)
- fluoroelastomer (FPM, FKM Viton)
- ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM)

- polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)

Wipers
Used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems to prevent contaminants and moisture from entering the internal cavity.
Rod seals
Used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems to prevent the working fluid from leaking out of the rod chamber.
Piston seals
Used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems to prevent the working fluid from passing between the rod and piston chambers.
Guide rings
Used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems to prevent direct contact between moving metal surfaces.
Back-up rings
Used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems together with O-rings or U-cups to improve anti-extrusion properties and the maximum permissible working pressure of these seals.
Symmetrical seals
Used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Thanks to the symmetrical profile, they can act as both a rod seal and a piston seal.
Rotary seals
Used to seal assemblies with rotating shafts. Plastic reinforcement is available. Supplied with springs.
Static seals
Used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems to seal static connections.

Our company also manufactures non-standard seals from polymer materials to individual drawings.
What are the main benefits of machined seals?
