Manufacture of the NVBOI-1457 hydraulic manifold for the NPU11.0/350/14-1457 power unit project

In 2019 our company began in-house production of hydraulic manifolds for power units. The main purpose of introducing this component is to reduce the risk of failure of connectors, high-pressure hoses or precision tubes carrying the flow of hydraulic oil. The hydraulic manifold is machined from a solid stainless steel billet.

In this project the hydraulic manifold was used for a marine-grade hydraulic system.

The entire system has been inspected and certified by the Shipping Register of Ukraine

Technical specifications of the NPU11.0/350/14-1457 power unit

1) Nominal flow rate – 38 l/min;

2) Electric motor power – 2×11.0 kW, 1450 rpm, 380 V.

3) Maximum working pressure – 130 bar;

4) Tank – 400 l;

5) Working fluid – mineral oil VG32;

6) Filtration rating – 10 µm.
