IMI Norgren 18D is an electromechanical pressure switch for industrial hydraulic systems. It works with neutral self-lubricating fluids – hydraulic and lubricating oil, light fuel. The actuator is a piston with a soft seal, which keeps switching stable even at a high cycle rate.

Applications
Pressure monitoring in the hydraulic circuits of presses, machine tools, mobile equipment and power units: signalling that a set pressure has been reached, pump protection, cycle interlock on pressure loss.
Switching capacity
Maximum continuous current 0.1 A at 30/48/125/250 V (AC) and 30 V (DC), minimum voltage 6 V. Electrical life – over 2×105 cycles. Inductive loads require a spark-suppression element (a diode or an RC network).
